The Fall of Single Feather...

'sup

There are many ways to say goodbye.

There is, of course, the normal wave. This wave, in itself can be split into many different waves. The energetic, the slow, the frantic, the trembling/vibrating.

There is also hugging, which some people, for reasons known only to them, usually do. Then again, I'm not denying that hugs are actually really cool.

There is the verbal way of saying goodbye. It could be so long that it sounds more like a conversation. It could be so short that it sounds more like "_______". It be a promise of meeting once again. It could a be a vulgarity.

There are also goodbyes where people perform a short gesture - a nod, a smile or simple eye contact.

Different goodbyes tells of different things.

There was once, when I have parted ways with my friend, I couldn't resist it, but turn around to call him again. He turned around, and I shouted, "Fuck you!" back, and we laughed our way home.

That is my favourite way of saying goodbye. It exchanges more meaning than a conversation ever could. It tells of our friendship.

There is the goodbye which says we are going to meet again. Which is the one I use most of the time. And frankly, I like it. It speaks of opportunity and chance.

There is the kind of goodbye that says," Nice knowing you. Maybe we will meet again." Probably the kind you say to strangers.

There is also the kind of goodbye that is silent. The one that says we will probably never meet again. But if it counts for anything at all, know that I am still your friend.

There is the kind of goodbye that never happened, but you knew it was there. The one where someone just stepped out and shut you out of their life completely.

But the worst kind of goodbye, the one that you didn't even know it was there. Until there were already gone. The one that left you thinking,"Hey, what happened? Where is he? Why didn't she return my call? Is he alright?" But anyway, by the time you knew that it happened, it was probably too late.

The Fall of Single Feather...

MAJOR

Examinations are pretty funny now that I think about it.

Last Sunday, when I was heading out for training, I saw this girl clinging on to a physics(?) paper. I managed to identify a question about this huge ball and the positive electrons at one side and negative at the other. And of course, there is the charged pendulum hovering near the ball.

Or at least I'm pretty sure it's something like that.

I can't even remember what subject it was. Heh. But it did remind me of myself staring at the test papers just like how she was though. It amused me.

And it amused me even more that my brothers are doing that again.

And even much more so that I'm actually not.

Hopefully that managed to scrape through it without tearing their feeble brains apart so that we can play together after the exams.

Heh. Losers.

Hahahahahahaha.
